I was going through some old songs tonight and came across this Usher song. I haven’t listened to it for a while but I always remember these two specific lyrics from this song. At the time when the song came out in 2001 I remember these having great meaning to the circumstances I found myself in at the time – still great words to live your life by if you’re a “go-getter”
